1. The service
Boompath ("we", "us", "our") provides an SEO automation platform accessible at app.boompath.io. The platform includes modules for business analysis, keyword research, content generation, and directory submission management.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time, with reasonable notice where possible.
2. Your account
You must provide accurate information when creating your account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your password and for all activity under your account.
You must be at least 18 years old to use Boompath, or have the legal authority to enter into contracts in your jurisdiction.
One account per person or business entity. You may not share accounts or transfer your subscription to another party.
3. Subscriptions and billing
Boompath offers paid subscription plans billed monthly. Pricing is displayed at boompath.io/#pricing.
Free tier: Some features (including 2 free directory submissions) are available without payment. No credit card is required to start.
Paid plans: Charged monthly in advance. Payments are processed by Stripe. You authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.
Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial months.
Price changes: We'll give at least 30 days notice before increasing prices for existing subscribers.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use Boompath to:
- Violate any laws or regulations in your jurisdiction
- Submit spam, false information, or misleading content to directories
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or create derivative versions of the platform
- Circumvent any usage limits or access controls
- Use the service for any competitor research or intelligence gathering against Boompath
- Automate bulk requests that place undue load on our infrastructure
We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms without refund.
5. Your content and data
You retain ownership of all content you provide — your business information, descriptions, keywords, and generated content. By using Boompath, you grant us a limited license to process and display this content to deliver the service.
We do not claim ownership of your business data or generated content. You are free to export and use it anywhere.
6. Generated content
Boompath uses AI to generate content including articles, directory descriptions, and business analyses. You are responsible for reviewing this content before publishing or submitting it. We do not guarantee the accuracy, originality, or suitability of AI-generated content for any specific purpose.
You own the generated content but assume full responsibility for how you use it.
7. Directory submissions
Boompath assists with submitting your business to third-party directories. We have no control over whether third-party directories accept, publish, or maintain your submission. Submission does not guarantee listing, and listings may be removed by the directory at any time. We are not responsible for outcomes of directory submissions.
8. Chrome Extension
The Boompath Chrome Extension is provided as a tool to assist with form filling on third-party websites. Use of the extension is subject to the terms of service of those third-party websites. You are responsible for ensuring your use of the extension complies with those terms.
9. Limitation of liability
Boompath is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee specific SEO results, traffic increases, or ranking improvements. SEO outcomes depend on many factors outside our control.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Boompath's total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.
10. Intellectual property
The Boompath platform, including its design, code, features, and documentation, is our intellectual property. You may not copy, reproduce, or create derivative works without explicit written permission.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by applicable law. Disputes will be resolved through good-faith negotiation first. If that fails, disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in the territory where Boompath is registered.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-app notice at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
